In this birth record, there are columns with no labels I can find. There is a date in the column after the parents' names. Is this the mother's birth date? Thanks!

If you look in the very beginning of the book, there are headings for the columns. The columns you are asking about, after the parent's and witnesses' names, is information about the mother. The first of the 2 columns is the mother's age. The second column is the day of her "introduction" back into the congregation. In Swedish it is called "kyrkotagen, kirkegang = churching". See this article in the FamilySearch Wiki: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Nordic_Mother%27s_Introduction_Records
