Hello,

I am looking for information about my fourth great grandmother, Katerina Dolejsi. She gave birth to two sons (of which I am aware) out of wedlock. I cannot find any record of her getting married, but this death record may be hers. She lived in Velice #11 and was born in 1788. I would appreciate it if someone could help with the translation for Katerina's death on 22 May 1840:
