Requesting Translation Assistance

I would appreciate it if someone could assist me with the reading/translation of the attached birth record for Maria Dolejší?

It looks as though the birth took place on 24 March 1842 and occurred in Velice (parish of Nákří) #11. The father is Jakub Dolejší and I am familiar with his history. I am having difficulty reading the information about the bride, other than her name being Marianna (daughter of Matej?).
