I am having some difficulty with the groom's information in this marriage record as well. It looks as though the groom's name is Frantisek, son of Tomas (?) Novy (?). Other than that, I cannot say, including where the groom is from:

Son of Tomassowy Zakowy from Nakrzy. I would record his name as Tomass as they added the ending maybe for grammar. Which archive is this from? Have you registered for Genteam.at because it helps to locate the towns and villages. Would you please send me a link to this record?

I will remember to include the link with the next record(s). Now that you point out the location, it seems evident to me that it is Nákří. I don't seem to have trouble finding the villages. The biggest problem that I have is reading the handwriting. I did complete a registration for Gen Team before finishing this comment.

The parent's name is inflected. His name is Tomáš Žák (in the current spelling). Nakrzy is Nákří https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/N%C3%A1k%C5%99%C3%AD
