Adopted Grandson

@Julia Walker_1 You can rest easy in knowing your grandson is fully linked in your family tree and yes, he would be considered a descendant of your ancestors. The search to find biological parents is for your grandson and his adopted parents to decide when or if they want to pursue it. Your grandson's relationship in the tree should be correctly identified as "Adoption". When or if biological parents are found, they would simply be added in the tree as an additional set of parents with the relationship marked as "Biological". You can set which of the parents is preferred as the default. Here is an article that might be helpful:

SerraNola, thank you so much for this information. I consider him to be a part of our forever family and I love him with all my heart, I just wasn't sure how to put it in the tree. I appreciate your help.
