@YvetteLongstaff1 asked this question: I pay 10 points to Scotlandspeople.gov.uk for testaments from Shetland. But when the testament starts on the bottom of the page, I only get the one page and not the rest of the document which continues on the next page. What do I need to do to get the rest of the document ?

I think it would be better to put the question directly to ScotlandsPeople.

As @Paul W has said contact https://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/contact-us with your issue giving them all the information you have, they may say you will have to pay for the next page as well but then again they may give you the rest of the document.

They are very accommodating, I have used the link above with great success.

For anyone else...

Isn't there a Next Page (paid) and / or Previous Page (paid), very nearly at the top of the screen? I've a feeling I've missed it in the past because I've been looking at the image but you need to look away from that and up the page.

Notice that it's Next Page (paid) you want to see.
