I would like a second or third opinion on the spellings of the names of the bride and groom and their parents on this Manitoba Marriage Registration. Some names have a printed version over the written name that is crossed out. I'm not familiar with the names from Galicia and hope someone can confirm.

Here is what I believe to be the spelling:

Groom: Pawel Wawryk (does the printed name match the written one underneath)

Father of Groom: Jan Wawryk (not sure of first name)

Mother of Groom: Marifounid Jasenko (quite sure I don't have these names correct)

Bride: Leontyna Flasoiszewska (again, I'm guessing at last name)

Father of Bride: Wojoiceh Flasoiszewski (guessing at first name and last name ends different than Bride)

Mother of Bride: Julia Jakubowska (maybe I got this one)

Also, can you tell me what the Religious Denomination says?

Thanks kindly for any assistance.

Polish is not my strong suit, but here's my best attempt at the names:

    Pawel Wawryk

    Jan Wawryk

    Maryanna Jasenko

    Leontyna Flasoiszewska

    Wojciek Flasoiszevska

    Julia Jakubovska

    Pawel J??emczik

    Piotr Nikolczuk

I'm pretty sure their religion is "R C", for Roman Catholic.

    Pawel Jaremczuk or Jarewczuk

And I agree I think it's RC for Roman Catholic; the alternative would be GC for Greek Catholic, and that doesn't match the other Gs on the page.
