Tagged sources are not the same as indexed sources

Person Data has Tagged Sources (full marks)
Person Data is Consistent with Tagged Sources (no indexed sources)
There is a problem here, because the birth and death records for this baby are attached, as images from a FamilySearch Collection that is not yet indexed.
Obviously, if the record isn't indexed, then there is no data that can be compared, but my first thought was 'Huh? It has tagged sources!' Can we re-write this message to reflect that is based off indexed sources that are attached?
And will there be a way to manually state that you have personally checked the attached sources and that the data is consistent with the attached sources? This ability will also be needed when comparing to data that is incorrect on whatever source is attached (ie. ages on censuses or spelling of names on censuses, or mother's maiden surname on a death record)

Thank you for your feedback. As of February 29th and the announcement at RootsTech, this product is now a part of FamilySearch Labs. Changes have been made, and we are no longer supporting the older Prototype 1.0. This person’s birthplace is now out of range for current testing.

Surely there is a principle here which is not specific to a particular place etc.?
