Translation Request of Birth Record of Johann Nejdl, 1862

I have located a birth record that is quite clear to read except for a paragraph in a different handwriting starting under the subject's name. It references two dates (8/2 1921 and 12/5 1924) and "cirkve rim kat" [Roman Catholic Church]. Can anyone decipher the paragraph and translate it? I am wondering if it is death or migration information. Thank you!

Johann Nejdl, 7 Jan 1862

It says that he left the Roman Catholic Church in 1921 (and joined the Evangelical Church) and returned to the Roman Catholic Church in 1924 (the reason was usually to marry a Catholic woman). Data about deaths are sometimes found in Czech (birth) registers records, but not data about migration.

Thank you. This is very helpful.

Occasionally, I've found "Amerika" notated next to the given name or the date a birth certificate was created from the record that corresponds to a migration date. I appreciate your pointing me in a new direction.
