Please help with translation of marriage for Kaspar Černý to Terezie Vaškovský

Bride: Kojakowitz no. 8 District of Trebon, Terezie (farmer’s daughter?) of the deceased Wit (Vit) Vaškovský (farmer?) from Kojakowitz no. 8 and deceased Eva gebornen (was born) Jeovkey ??? from Kojakowitz no. 48.

Terezie Vaškovský was Catholic, age 20 Jahre (years), single, couldn’t read note.

Couldn’t read last 3 columns Dispense= dispensation, Copulatarius (having to do with marriage?). Names maybe witnesses?

    Bridegroom.:Baüer is right. It means farmer. Baüerstochter= farmer’s daughter Note: Johan Ledig Vormund Einwilligung= guardian consent Fas. 10 No 14.
