Help with DNA analysis

I have a lot of experience helping adoptees who have taken ancestry DNA tests and absolutely love helping people learn about and meet their biological families. I do this for free and would love to help! :)

My mother had a girl back in 1952-1953 in a home for unwed mothers. We believe the home was in Buffalo, NY. She later married my father and had 7 children with him. Two of us have taken DNA test. We have received many many relatives from this but none of them are of a close enough match to be a half sibling.
What else can I do to find this 1/2 sister?
