Immigration Records from Venezuela

- My maternal grandmother (Harcsár Gyöngyvér Jolán) and her father (Harcsár Ferenc) and mother (Generisch Ilona) were from Hungary and briefly lived in Germany then eventually immigrated to Venezuela in 1948 and lived there for a few years. Are immigration records of Venezuela of arrivals and departures from then available online or would I need to go in person to get them? I might need them for my Hungarian citizenship application by descent that is currently in process.
