Found this record of Stanislav Baka in entry for Valerie Marie, "Czech Republic, Church Books, 1552-1981" • FamilySearch (my grand uncle). I need some help with the mother’s information— last name, where she lived, etc. I noticed a possible date for marriage listed under the mother’s information. Any insights where I should look for this information would be appreciated.

@Quezt I don't speak Czech, so no guarantees, but 'Milówce in the district Żywiec' appears to be called 'Milowka' and situated in Poland today. You may find the information among Polish records.

@Quezt hello. The mother's information says: Helena, daughter of Jan Lesniowski, farmer in Milowka, district of Žywiec and his wife Kateřina Czadankiewiczova.

Yes, I see there is a date noted for every "parent". I think it may be a birth date? In your case the one of Helena (19 SEP 1879) and also the child's father Stanislav (5 MAY 1878.)

I assume this cuz one row above Stanislav (row for father called Pracner Pavel) there is an abbreviation "nar." before the date. "Nar." would stand for narozený = born.

And just as @StH31 suggests... I would look at Polish records because not only of the Milowka part but also both of Helena's parents have Polish surnames.
