"ist dem Jungen Heini Zängers kind namtes Leni in der 7 breder wuchen finst alter zur orden bestattet warden"
Translation: the younger Heini Zenger's child named Leni (Madlena) .... was buried. Please help me finish this. Thanks.

The young Heini Zänger's child, named Leni (Magdalena, Madlen, ..., or Helene) was buried in the earth in the 7th week of her age.
Just as an aside: the official spelling today is Zenger, citizens of Habkern since before 1800.
