If you have the direct links to these files, that would be better. In this case, the ones on Antenati would be preferred.

Unfortunately, the image from Antenati (https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12657/an_ua35961277/wjQmalK) isn't much better.
This is the birth record of a foundling, a baby abandoned shortly after birth. It's very hard to read but basically it gives a brief description of the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the child, copied from a report. Today (20 Jan 1836) at the 12th hour a baby was found in the ruota (foundling wheel), a male wrapped in white rags, without any signs/markings on his body. The town official, in accordance with article 62 of the civil laws, after copying the report into folio 33 of the volume of documents, provided a copy to the foundling home, whose chaplain later declared to have baptized the infant with the name Francesco Tedesco of Cosenza.
