John & Catherine Snyder residing in Waldo, OH, in 1850
I am doing research into the family of John and Catherine Snyder, who appear in 1850 federal census in Waldo Twp, Marion Co., OH. See https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MXQL-MV2 .I have assembled my notes and proposed solutions for their origins in PA in the following web page.
Based on investigations into their Culp and Selanders neighbors and DNA matching results, I suspect that Catherine may be part of the family that produced the brothers Simon, Andrew, and Samuel Culp. And, I suspect that the Snyder family may have migrated to Marion Co., OH, from Cumberland County, PA.
I invite comments from other researchers who might have an interest in this couple.
