Translation/hard to read
Anna Stina Bertilsdotter is listed at the bottom of the page. This isn't a traditional clerical record and I don't know why it is different. I am trying to understand where she move in from since I am following her backwards.
It looks like Batt vid Deå Cam. f. är ? vid Grinsta vid Bäck.

I read the line in question as:
Anna Stina Bertilsdoter. Bott vid Rå. ____? är nu vid Grimsta
It is unclear to me if the words vid Bäck on the righthand page refer to her. Looking at the style of handwriting it could also be a continuation of the line above.
The page for Rå (page 33) shows that this is the place where her sister Greta Lisa lives with her family:
Anna Stina is not listed there.

Regarding the title of the page Husville inom Socknen:
I don't think Husville is a placename. husvill means somebody who has no house, no place to live (https://www.saob.se/artikel/?seek=husvillhet&pz=2#U_H1393_93946).
So this lists probably all persons in the community (socken) without fixed residence.

@Niels Just Rasmussen Thank you for your effort to help. This family has been a bit of a challenge as I keep losing them. I was working from when she was born but then I lost her. Thanks to a duplicate with a later record I was able to find her again. Hopefully I can fill in the blanks soon.

@Ulrich Neitzel Very interesting. I knew the record was different. It just seems to be in this book though. I checked the book before and after and it wasn't in them. I guess I am going to need to do a page by page search on her for this time period. It is interesting to me how many time I have lost this family.
On another note I have been following Anna Stina forward and it looks like she gets married in October 1832. to Jonas Jonsson Berggren. Entry 15
You may remember her father's last name was in question of whether it is Nilsson or Dalström. On this marriage record she is listed as Anna Stina Dalström. It makes me think the Bertil did have two last names.

Yes, but this is not either - or. Bertil had both names. Nilsson is the usual patronymic name and Dalström is a "proper" surname. In those times proper surnames were something that only socially higher class people had. Bertil had such a position as a gårdsfogde. It may be that already his father had this name.

@Ulrich Neitzel Please explain more about "proper" surname. I am used to a surname that is not patronymic being a military name but nothing supports that with Bertil.
Why would he be Dalström and then change to Nilsson? Would his position of gårdsfogd be a position that would have passed from father to son?

The main difference between patronymic names and surnames in Sweden was how they were inherited. Patronymic names changed for each generation because they referred to the (first) name of the father. Surnames remained the same for all following generations.
For ordinary people only patronyms were used. Surnames (släktnamn) were first only used for nobility, later also for higher-class people like e.g. clergy, merchants or administration officials. Other classes of (fixed) surnames are soldier names or farm names. Surnames were often used additionally to or exchangeably with the patronymic name, so the same person could be identified in records with each or both of these names.

So Bertil was a Nilsson since his birth because his father had the first name Nils, and he has probably inherited the surname Dalström from his father, but this becomes fully clear first when/if you find his birth record.
I would say that It is not given that his father also had the position of gårdsfogd, but without any documents all this is just speculation.
