It's a Christmas card, with totally-standard wording but with a highly non-standard handwriting style that makes me second-guess nearly every name. (I'm certain of Pista, a standard nickname for István [=Steven].)

A highly word-by-word translation:

For sweet auntie Vilma, Wishing pleasant Christmas holidays and a happy new year, kissing her hands, Gabi Pista and Gyugya. D. 1932 December 24.

More functionally: Dear auntie Vilma, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, love, Gabi, Pista, and Gyugya.

The "auntie" part may or may not indicate any sort of family relationship; it's used by children to address any grownup female.
