The attached image was not quite zoomed in enough to make out clearly, but I found it on ArkivDigital.

The entry is definitely for a Kirstin Gudmundsdotter born on 20th of February and christened on the 26th of February. Unfortunately in these records they often only give the father's name. The translated entry is: "dito[On the 26th of February] I christened Gudmund's child from Önna born on the 20th called Kirstin." After that he writes down the witnesses' names.

So, this record does not provide Gudmund's last name or the mother's name. There is always the potential that the witnesses are related to the family, but without the patronymic last names we cannot prove anything.

The key to this record and tying it to other records is the farm name, Önna.

If you can find the marriage record to Per it should list a farm name by her name and you should be able to match it to this record. Otherwise, if you are positive there are no Kirstins born with a father Gudmund in this year and the years in front or behind it you can be more confident that you have the right person.
