This is a birth record for twins-Karl Magnus and Johanna. They were born 5 September 1838 and christened 7 September 1838. The mother was 36 years old. The parents are _________ Jacob Möller at Källegrogen, and his wife Ingrid Lisa Mörstedt (Myrstedt in some of the household records). The remainder of the record tells the names of the sponsors/godparents. This birth record can be found in Riksarkivet records here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0029433_00076#?c=&m=&s=&cv=75&xywh=712%2C544%2C3955%2C2124.

I am not sure what the title is before the father's name. In the household records, he is a "krögare", which is the keeper of a public house (pub). See Sweden Occupations list here https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Sweden_Occupations.

The family (showing Karl Magnus and Johanna) is here in the (Riksarkivet) household records: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0029408_00352#?c=&m=&s=&cv=351&xywh=17%2C319%2C3396%2C1659.
