Help reading Norwegian birth record for Margit, born 1 April 1918

This record shows cross out marks throughout. It says something about No 8 Mand? and if you look at number 8 on male half of the register on the next page, there is a Nils born the same date and to the same parents. Is this a twin, or is it just a mistake on the record that is crossed out? No indication of a death or a twin, so I'm guessing it is just a mistake. Anyone else agree or have more information? Thanks!

I think this is just a mistake. The words are: skal være No 8 Mandkjøn = should be No. 8 male. Note that the name Margit is just a copy from the line above. The scribe must have been quite absentminded.
