Hello,

I would appreciate if someone could translate the top record of the attached document. Record of the death of Aafke Helmholt, first wife of my great uncle.

I can't do a complete translation, but it says that Aafke Helmholt died on the 8th of October 1947 at 16 hours and 30 minutes (4:30pm) at the age of 24. No profession and born in Ezinge and residing in Saaksum, Oldenhove. Spouse of Wigcher Zijlstra, daughter of Jan Helmholt farmworker and Aaltje Luchtenburg no profession, both residing in Ezinge.
