Help with translating this paragraph from an 1862 Swedish marriage record
Hi! I am helping a friend with his Swedish research. We found the marriage record we were looking for. However, there is an entire paragraph included in this marriage record that looks important ... but I'm not fluent enough in Swedish to fully know what is being explained.
The bride is Inga Lotta Andersdotter (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/G3L2-JN8) and the groom is Anders Andersson (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/G43G-GSW). We know Anders was a widow when he married; I think his deceased wife is listed in the paragraph in the marriage record...?
May I please have some help translating this paragraph (on the side side of this image)?
The location is Rappestad, Östergötland, Sweden
The original is found here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-67YH-F2?i=54&cc=1979429
Thanks in advance!

Regarding the groom: The estate inventory for first wife Catharina Maria Olofsdotter made October 17, 1856. Submitted to the court January 15, 1857. Distribution of the estate conducted May 15, 1858. Approved and signed by widower Anders Andersson and the children's custodian Anders Peter Olofson in Sperringe.
Some more names of places, legal officials and witnesses.
Regarding the bride: The father, the former tenant farmer Anders Andersson has given his oral consent to the marriage. Names of witnesses to the consent.
I think hemmansbrukare is a tenant farmer, because the owner of an economical property, a farm, is usually called hemmansägare. Property-user vs. property-owner.
