Help transcribing Danish baptism record
Haven't received any responses in the Danmark group, so trying here.
Please help me transcribe the underlined portion under the Faddernes column in the baptism record at the top of the page, number 260, Johannes August Edvard Jensen, born 1st December 1895.
Here is a link to the Danish National Archives. https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?epid=17125720#167740,28162513

I can't discern what it says more than you, but from the underlined parts it is likely that the "udlagt barnefader blikkenslagersvend Johan Eduard Berg
Hansen" under "parents" was the important part added. So likely Johan Eduard Berg was declared as the biological father 1/4 1896 -> whether he accepted that or went to trial we can't see here.
It also seems to say "manden arresteret 15. August 1894" -> this must be the original man listed "sliber Peter Ditlev Petersen"?!

Peter Ditlev Jensen is some career criminal.
Here is he in Horsens Statsfængsel from 1900-1903.
Source (page 183): https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?epid=21804474#417753,76719889
He has numerous arrests spanning from 1880-1900 for theft [tyveri] and begging [betleri], so his 1900-1903 prison sentence is for theft and his 30th punishment.
The 18. October 1894 to 25. februar 1896 he was also in prison in Horsens Statsfængsel for theft!
"Ægte født. Efter løsladelse herfra den 25. Februar 1896 tog Fgn [= Fangen = Prisoner] til Randers, hvor han boede sammen med hustruen og ernærede sig ved Fiskehandel. I August 1896 blev han ?imidlertid? separeret fra Hustruen på Grund af dennes Ægteskabsbrud, og siden har han ernæret sig til dels ved sliberi og til dels ved tilfældigt arbejde på Landet."
[True born. Efter being released from here the 25th February 1896 the prisoner went to Randers where he lived with his wife and worked in the fish retail. In August 1896 he was separated from his wife, because of her "marital breaking" [unfaithfulness] og since then he as partly worked as a grinder/sharpener and partly took casual labour in the countryside.
Here he is in Horsens Statsfængsel 1894-1896.
We learned he was an glarmester- [glazier-]apprentice for 4 years after his confirmation and that he got married in 1892. He was living in Aarhus in 1894 wen he got arrested.

Mange Tak Niels!
Yes, I understood the record to mean that Johan Edvard BERG was the “udlagt barnefader” of Johannes August Edvard JENSEN.
I did not understand that the ¼ 1896 date meant that was when he was declared the “barnefader”.
I also took the “Mand er arrested 15.Aug 1894” as referring to Peter Ditlev PETERSEN to provide “proof” that he could not be the biological father because he was in prison when the child was conceived.
Does the baptism record indicate that Johannes August Edvard was the product of an assault? "Assaldet"? Or is this some other word?
Thank you for the additional information on Peter Ditlev PETERSEN’s rap sheet. I had his prison record here, https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/sogn1431/source155443/opslag18590611 but not more.
Jensine JENSEN was my grandmother’s maternal aunt.
She had 8 children with as many as 6 different men. Peter Ditlev PETERSEN is the only one she married. She didn’t have great judgment when it came to men.
That is interesting that she and Peter Ditlev PETERSEN separated in August 1896 because of her infidelity. She had a daughter with a man named Anders KRISTENSEN in June 1897!

If you mean top left at the baptism record:
"Moderens angivne opholdssted 10 maaneders dagen før nedkomsten er Randers."
= The mother reported living in Randers 10 month before giving birth.
This is obligatory judicial information -> so which area is responsible for poverty help [in this case it would be Randers].
Nothing about any assault -> she was just unfaithful to Peter Ditlev Jensen while he was in prison.
She then named a father of her child in 1896, when it was obvious to everyone she had been unfaithful and Peter Ditlev Jensen got separated from her in 1896.

NB: So he was unfaithful with his wife getting Johannes August Edvard Jensen (as he gets a child with his wife as late as 1909 (bottom): https://www.danishfamilysearch.dk/churchbook/sogn1100/churchlisting18154/opslag3656786

By the way...
Do you have Jensine Jensen's (married Petersen) place and time of death?

Tak Niels!
Does this transcription make sense?
"Jf. Skriv. paa Ministeret for Kirke og [Undervisnings?] af 1/4 1896
paaer dato[Affaltet], [at?] [dette?] Barns fødsel og Daab er [tilført?] Kirkebogen [som?] [nægte???] [lovlig?]."
Can you, or anyone else reading this, fill in the missing or misspelled portions?

It is something about the birth and baptism is also inscribed in the church book (the 1/4 1896) as ?......? -> I simply cannot read what the last two words says.
