New Class for Beginning Consultants:
The key role of Ward Temple and Family History Consultants is to work one-on-one with the members of their ward - helping them gain skills in Temple and Family History work and gain the Spirit of Elijah. This lesson describes the move from classroom instruction to the one-on-one model. It will describe how what we are doing is actually Ministering to our patrons. In addition it will include the steps that need to be taken to plan an effective lesson. The last part of the presentation will discuss how to best find people to add to Tree.
