I need help translating this estate record from Ör, Älvsborg in 1804.

I need to know the date and place of death for Johan Persson, the names of the children and their ages, I think I see Olof 17, Anna, 14, Johannes 7, ? 5, and Anders 3. I can't tell if any of the children were younger.
