I wouldn't hesitate to call Tech Support. They are ultimately the ones that will have to resolve the situation.

That can happen if it is not properly connected to the internet through the church-provided firewall located in the building. The solution is to contact FamilySearch Center Support. 1-866-406-1830 option 5
