All Collections search isn't working

On the right column of the start page/home page there is a box All Collection Search. The new page has a Start discovering your family story. Previously we could bypass the first/last names and click on father and then mother and put their names in allowing us to find missing children for those parents. Right now when trying to open father and mother it just "shakes".

Please give us the option not to have to put in the first/last name. And be able to pull up records using mother/father as it was before.

    @SandyKJ

    You are correct but the only required field is Last Name. The child's last name could be input and then you can go to Advanced Search and input father/mother.

    @SandyKJ The All Collections search on the home page is searching more kinds of information than the search you get if you click Search and then Records. So, it has different requirements. It searches both historical records and the compiled trees in Genealogies.

    You can still search for records using only the parents' names. Click Search and then Records. Below the search box at the top, click More Options. From that screen, you can enter Father and Mother and leave the primary name blank, just as you are used to doing.
