Margaretha Emge GDF1-FP6 birth record
I'm not sure if the "baptism" date of 23 Marz is really her baptism or if it is death date since the midwife is listed in this birth record. But there is not a death listed for her on the death film in 1866.

I attached this birth record as well as the indexed one to her, since I can't see the image of the indexed one from home and I had questions about it.

Hello @DianaHone,
Translation:
No. 10. In the year of Christ 1866 on the 21st of March at 5:00 pm was born according to a reliable report of the citizen and farmer Adam Emge at Klein Welzheim, a filial [daughter] church of the Parish of Seligenstadt, from his first wife Katharina, née Seebacher, the twelfth child, a daughter, the seventh daughter. This child died twelve hours after her birth however, after she had been previously emergently baptized with the name Margaretha by the local midwife Anna Maria Seigel, and was on the 23rd of March at 3:00 pm buried to the earth according to Christian custom in the presence of the father and the chaplain Jakob Blankenberger, together which the aforementioned midwife have signed this record with me as pastor.
Anna Maria Seigel. Adam Emge. L. Arzberger, pastor.
Comments: The child was born on 21 March 1866 at 5:00 pm, and was very likely to have been baptized very soon after birth on 21 March 1866. Then she died 12 hours after birth in the early morning hours of 22 March 1866, and was buried on 23 March 1866.
This document serves as the child's birth, baptismal, death, and burial record, which would explain why you didn't find this child's death in the 1866 death register.
