Dødfødt drengebarn - Tvillingbarn med No. 129 blandt døbte 1854. [dead boy twin of number 129 among the born in 1854]

Gravsat d. 20 August i Stange Kirkegaard.

The column til the right seems to be information from the midwife [jordemoder Eli ?Vierson?], that after the first healthy twin was born, the Amt-Physician [amtsphysicus ?Blake/Blekr?] had to extract the dead child with pliers ["tænger"].
