Please put most frequently used Tools at the top of the list
With the new Person page, the list of Tools has gotten longer on a page that is vertically less compact. Please move the most frequently used Tools to the top of the list. For me that would be 1. Merge by ID, 2. Find Similar People, 3. everything else. Thanks.

@Anne986 the most frequently used Tool is very different between users. For some users, Print Options or Sources are used the most. Truthfully we are trying to not move things around too much.
My personal preference, I don't want to encourage users to merge more by moving the option to the top. I would much rather have a new user exploring the site click on Sources first. Merge By ID is an advanced feature that is much better off slightly buried.

Yeah, no, please don't move my cheese. Toolboxes where the tools move around are confusing and annoying to use.
Now, if I could move the box itself higher (like, have it switch places with Search Records), that would be nice.

I agree that the Tool order should only be changed infrequently and that a powerful tool like "Merge by ID should not be first. But I suspect that some tools are used infrequently by most people and could be moved down the list, allowing the others to be further up. Those that I suspect are less commonly needed are My Layout Settings, What's New?, and Report Abuse. The list of Tools is longer in the new Person page, so it would be good to optimize. Even a few positions difference results in less scrolling.
