Problem when attaching sources from "Recommended Tasks"
PROBLEM: This seems to be happening with mainly new users on FamilySearch as they think all "recommended hints" on the dashboard are to be attached otherwise it would not be recommended. I know this as I asked one of them. So, in the space of very little time, this user attached at least 30 hints not checking if it was same name, place, family member, etc. Also, these hints included sources that were already attached to other person pages which the system allowed him to double, triple, quadrulpe attach to other person pages. A good example is #M6WQ-ZYQ, Anna Maria Greine. Now, he is not the only user I have found doing this, just the most recent and the most prolific. The process to correct these errors is very time comsuming and laborious. A FS consultant like me has to review EVERY attachment, even those without his name on them as these are also affected. Then, detact the extra spouses and children that came along with the double attachments.
SOLUTION: When clicking on a "recommened task", the system should always immediately flip the user to the person page involved so the user can check names, etc and the safe guard of not allowing double attachments will take over. As it is now, the system will sometimes take one immediately to that form with the black band at the top (don't know official name) which will allow for multiple attachments and multiple problems and a huge amount of time wasted on correctly accounts I had already corrected many years ago.
Thank you,
