The burial notice doesn't say anything about his wife's name.
[Correct name is ->] Knud Olsen Gjørasløkken.

In records for time period you are looking at, you will sometimes see the husband's name on a wife's death record or the father's name on a young child's death record, but I have never seen a wife's name on a man's death record.
That difficult to read last word is his "stilling" or civil position. Only about half of the records on the page include this and scanning down you will see barn (child), uægte barn (illegitimate child), soldat (soldier), lægeslem (crippled), gaardsmand (farmer), ungkarl (bachelor). But I cannot figure out what that could be for Knud.
