Assisting a guest with multiple familysearch.org accounts
A sister who is preparing to go to the Temple for her endowments is wanting to do Temple work for her deceased mother. She had created a new familysearch account when she forgot the password and username that she started with. Now, she does not have the Temple icon on her familysearch.org page. How do we contact familysearch for support to delete her recent account and recover her original password and username?

On any FamilySearch page click on the help icon at the upper right of the screen (question mark inside a circle). Then click Contact Us. There are a couple of ways to get support for account and log-in questions.
