I have a record that FS wants to attach to my distant relatives from the 1600's. The first names are the exact names of this couple. However the indexer didn't say or could find last names. The record is from the Slovakia church and Synagogue Books 1592-1935. The record is found at: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:9Q97-Y39Z-8C2. The two names I am looking at are Barbara and Jacobus. Any help would be appreciated.

It's at the top of the first column on the right-hand page. I can't make out all of it, but it's talking about the marriage of Jacob M??, widower, with Michael Vagony's widow Barbara.
