    I do not have access to ArkivDigital, but the word is Bräckl (bräcklighet) which means frailty​

    I agree with Heidi. Looking at other things written in the same column there are several notes about special circumstances and health for the individuals listed. The column is supposed to be for moving but was not exclusively used for that purpose in this case.
