Error when click on a person's name

I'll just confirm that I've seen that pop up periodically. Usually resolves within hours. It generally works to copy the ID then paste the ID in the box at the top of Recents. I've also been able to bypass this error by going to another family member first then jumping to the one having a problem. I've figured it's a temporary server issue rather than a programming problem.

Yep, I have been able to "work around" the error. Posted because I didn't know if it was something that needed to be addressed.

Yes, it should have been posted a long time ago. I just wanted to let them know that it is not just you that has seen this.

I've only seen this once, so my evidence is circumstantial at best, but I think it has to do with timeouts/inactivity: as I recall, the way I fixed it was to reload/refresh the page I was on and then try again.
But it was highly disconcerting.

This is still on our raidar, but it has been hard to pin down. One clue we have is that it is more common on a slower internet connection.
