Phrase recognition from a Denmark Baptism Record

There is one phrase in the attached baptism record that is stumping me. It is in the baptismal date column on the third row. The phrase appears to me as “Døb i af Shift”. Is this correct?

This phrase appears another time on this page and on a number of other pages. Here is a link to the entire document.

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-DHFQ-X3S?i=102&cc=2078555&personaUrl=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3AQG3G-42ZF

In each case this phrase is used the infants name is not given but rather “dreng” (boy) or “pige” (girl). My first inclination was that these are cases of stillborns. However, in each case when the phrase “Døb i af Shift” is used there is not the word “dødefødt” (stillborn) in the last column where stillborns are to be identified. Is this phrase indicating that the baptism was performed in another diocese?

FYI, this record is from Den Kongelige Fødselsstiftelse. I believe this may be a maternity hospital. The boy of interest on the third row of the record appears to be a twin, his twin sister’s birth and baptism being listed in St Jakobs parish of Copenhagen with the same birth date and same parents (with the same marriage date for the parents). The boy's birth is not recorded here. The parents are Ole Larsen (K4Z1-SJ3) and Sophie Christiane Juliane Flindt (GDBB-TBZ).

Any help that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.

It looks to me as if the note may be "Døb af stift" which would be "baptism by (the) diocese".

This record (entry 208) has a similar notation "Døb ud(i) Stift" which is "baptism in (the) diocese": https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-DHFQ-6Y7?i=155&cc=2078555.

It doesn't seem to appear we have twins, so either the "Fødselsstiftelsen" made a error and wrote "dreng" where it should have been "girl" (most likely) OR the parents baptised a male child as a girl?!

A big thanks to all that commented. Thank you for the additional sources and translations. Thanks for the København City police records for the death of the parents which I had not found previously.

It makes total sense that the hospital mistakenly entered "dreng" rather than "pige" in the name field and that there are not twins but one girl that was born at the hospital and then later baptized in the parish where they lived. Thanks for this suggestion. In the census records there is no mention of a boy in the family of the appropriate age nor is there a parish death record of a boy in the family in between the birth date and the census record.
