How do I search for the boat my ancestor came on from Denmark?
I know my great-grandfather came from "Jutland" Denmark. From two census records I show he came once in 1892 and once in 1902. I have no idea what boat, which port of arrival, or where he departed from. In the 1902 crossing he came with a women named Amelia. She was 30 years his younger. In America he married her and had three children by her one of which was my grandfather. I'm having trouble crossing the ocean and finding relative in Denmark.
It doesn't help that his name is Jens Christensen. Seems that is a very common name.

Amelia may have had or used the same last name, Christensen. Oral history says she was taken from a Danish or German orphanage that burned down. Her father would leave her at the orphanage while he toured as a musician. Jens was a friend of the family and offered to bring her to America.

You may have better luck asking in the category Search or in the group Family History Research Strategies.
You want to find as many records in the United States as you can. Look for Naturalization and Immigration records. Try the FamilySearch Wiki https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/United_States_Emigration_and_Immigration https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/United_States_Naturalization_and_Citizenship
He may also have given his place of birth in a war draft card. Look at WWI (and WWII if he was still alive) at https://www.familysearch.org/search/ in the Find a Collection search bar
