Help finding family member

Hi all!

My name is Abbie and I live in the UK. My grandad on my dads side of the family is half Greek and his mother was fully Greek. I have Greek family and I would love to meet them.

Could someone please help me as I do not speak Greek at all and I only have a name and an address.

As an English person I am struggling to understand the address too.

I am due to go on holiday to their home town in August and I would love to meet them but I am struggling to locate THEM.
