Help With New Jersey Research
From the search drop down I clicked on Research Wiki and went to New Jersey. I then clicked on the "Ask the FamilySearch Community" button and it took me to your platform: New England Research, which lists the states you specialize in ( does not include New York or New Jersey ). It did not give any other option to chose New Jersey, just your New England Research group. On the 1950 census I discovered for the first time one of my father's 3 brothers (Edward Frank Witkowski) did have a child. Michael V Witkowski (GJZJ-3JZ) was born in New York in 1943 and was living with his parents in Belleville, New Jersey, per the 1950 Census. On a telephone directory listing he is a student in Belleville, living with his parents. Can you tell me is there a New Jersey Research group that can help me find more information about him?

@robertedwardwitkowski1 Please join the ATLANTIC STATES RESEARCH that is where you will find help with New Jersey as there no longer is New Jersey group. I will copy your question and post it there.
