    Trying To Find My Ancestors

@jefferyhanson posted this in the welcome and I just saw it. Please refer to him and not me. Thank you. @Cedar Kedar @SerraNola

He states: I am new to this group. I am from the USA and am researching my family ancestry and history. My great grandfather was born in Wales, in 1852, and came to the USA sometime around 1880. He died in 1937. The only record from Wales that I have is a birth record with his name, Rowland Williams, and the district, "Angelesy." This matches my DNA profile, which pinpoints the Gywnedd area. My great grandmother also was born in Wales. Her name was Sara Jones (she died around 1890). I understand that these are two of the most common sir names there, which partially explains why I'm having such a difficult time finding information.

I'm trying to locate resources that might help me track their history and the circumstances surrounding their emigration from Wales, or anything I can find out about them. I would be grateful for any leads.
