Schott Frau Susanna Elisabetha, des hiesigen Bürgers und Blumengärtners, Herrn Johann Wichard Schmidt, Ehefrau geborene Haub.

Translation:
In Frankfurt am Main in the Wainzergasse died on the 27 April 1849 at 9 p.m., according to certificate of Mr. Schott M.D., Mrs. Susanna Elisabetha née Haub, the wife of the local citizen and flower gardener, Mr. Johann Wichard Schmidt.
