question on Swedish tax list

On this list, it states Eskstrand, Ida gift Svensson. I am not super familiar with these records. Does that mean that Ida married a Svensson and why is he not listed? Thanks for any clarification help. And what is the word after Svensson?

    I would assume that Ekstrand is the maiden name of Ida and she married a Svensson. The word after Svensson is her occupation: tvätterska = laundress

    From the remark at the top "Barnhuset" = orphanage or childrens' home and the occupation of the other listed women "amma" = wet nurse I believe this page list only the women working at this place.
