Roland is the deceased and this is his probate. The people before that are the appraisers and probate officials.

The probate is being performed for Roland Haagensen. On the fourth line from the bottom, beginning at the end of the line the document says that on the 2nd November 1709 the inventory and appraisal was performed for the estate of the deceased Roland Haagensen. The very last sentence uses the word "forlaaden" and says "forlaaden" was after Easter. I am not sure what that word means.
However, it is clear that as of 2 November 1709, Roland is deceased. No death date is provided, all we know for sure is that by 2 November 1709 he is deceased.
The men listed in the beginning are filling certain roles in the performance of the probate. No relation between them and Roland is listed.
