Death Record No. 47, Lekowo, of Piotr Blak, who died in Katki on the 22nd July 1845, lived 64 years, he was a farmer in Katki, born in Prussian Country, son of Szymon and Barbara, married couple Blak. At death he left widowed wife Maryanna Blak (no maiden name given). Death reported on the 24th July 1845, by Leon Czarnecki, a 50 years old farmer from Czerzno (no longer on the map of Poland), who is the brother in law of the deceased, and Stanislaw Nowotek, a laborer from Katki, 62 years old.
