Town name in Hungary? "Misholz"?

Hello Hungary buffs!

I'm trying to find the home town in Hungary of my great-great-grandfather Ignatz Drucker. I think it's "Misholz" based on the ship passenger list (below). But I'm not sure because when I google "Misholz, Hungary" I only found "Misholc, Hungary". Could that be the same place?

I'm also trying to make out his occupation. I think it says "dealer" but I don't know when that would be. Any idea?

I'd really appreciate any insights you might have to share!

Many thanks to all you lovely, people!

    Miskolc (older spelling Miskolcz).

(I didn't actually look at the image; I only went as far as the thread title. It's Hungary's fourth-largest city.)

Thanks Julia! I guess it could be "Miskolcz"?

Still wondering his occupation... If it says "dealer" and what that is, in case anyone want to weigh in. Here's a better image...

My reading of the visible parts of the relevant line: Ignatz Drucker, 22, male, dealer, Hungary, ditto (reference not included on snippet), ditto (Miskolz).

('Miskolz' might be a representation of "Miskolc" using German orthography rules. Either that, or sloppiness/error. You didn't say when this record is from; the switch from 'cz' to just 'c' for the /ts/ sound in Hungarian orthography basically corresponds to WWI: before that conflict, nearly everyone still used 'cz', while after it, most people used 'c'.)

I would interpret "dealer" as a variant of "merchant": someone involved in retail trade at some level.

Julia: Thanks for the additional info. The passenger list was from 1889, which I think is consistent with what you're say. Again, huge thanks!
