Sex changed with no record of when or who

Hi

i added GJ7V-NBD William Southall in November 2022 amended birth location in January 2023

printed the card for Baptisms and tried to perform the baptism this evening only to be told I could not as it had been printed as a Female.

I have come back and checked this evening and found the record has indeed been changed to a Female but in the record of changes there is no evidence of this change happening.

(yes I have changed it to Male and will reprint, so no advise on how to do this)

the question and concern is how did this happen?

regards John

@John K Webb, according to the change log, you entered William's sex as female on 21 Nov 2022. So the family card would have been printed with sex as female. Subsequently, you changed the sex from female to male. Your two changes are the only changes to William's sex entered. Evidently you printed the card before you made the sex change. Or am I totally missing the point here?

As a side note, I had a card with William as the given name, and it WAS a female. The gender was indicated as female in multiple original sources. I actually made a note on the card when I took it to the temple that this was a female name to avoid questions and confusion.
