At https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/2387553 you'll see that if you click on births ("Nati") for 1866-1868, the link leads instead to deaths. The deaths also are in the link for "Morti" for 1866-1873. In short, the births for 1866 are missing and the deaths are duplicated.

Of course, approaching the births through the "Browse All 650,745 Images" at https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/1482818 does lead to the births, so it is clear they are present in the system. It's merely a link problem at https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/2387553
