Ward T&FH Plans
The handbook requires each unit to have a Ward T&FH plan. Although not required by the handbook, we first started with the stake and made a Stake T&FH plan. This was presented at a high council meeting and approved by the stake president.
The next step was for the stake presidency to set a date for all units to have submitted their plan to the stake. We distributed a sample ward plan based on the handbook. The units have used it for guidance, but have written their own inspired plans. It has been a productive process for us to get the units engaged and writing their own plans.

One point we emphasized at the stake level is that the assigned high councilor cannot do everything on his own. All high councilors assigned to units need to engage with their units in discussing the ward plan.
